If you read my first blog then you already now about the show and its characters but now it's time to learn about the people who make it possible, the actors! each day i'll have a different star and pictures, bios, links, videos and random facts.....
Today i'll be talking about my favourite band member, Kendall Schmidt.

Kendall was born Kendall Francis Schmidt on November 2, 1990 in Andover Kansas. He is the youngest of 3 boys and his middle brother is also an actor. Kendall got his first acting job at age 6 in a Chex cereal commercial and then at age 10 was one of three actors chosen to be Haley Joel Osment's stand-in and body double for the movie A.I. Artificial Intelligence. However, his first speaking role was on the tv show Frasier as the younger version of the title character. He has since appeared in many other guest starring roles on shows such as ER, Ghost Whisperer, CSI Miami and Without A Trace. In 2007 he auditioned for the role of Kendall Knight on the show Big Time Rush and was cast 2 years later over hundreds of other teenage boys. The show premiered as a sneak peek on Nickelodeon on November 28,2009 and had 6.8 million viewers, the highest number of viewers ever attracted by a live action show in Nickelodeon history. Kendall credits snowboarding as one of his favourite sports and is currently on tour with his bandmates.


 Did you know that besides Big Time Rush, Kendall is actually in another band with his friend Dustin Belt? The band is named Heffron Drive after a street they both lived on as kids!
